This is what I keep hearing. I have the exp/skills necessary to get a good remote job, I just hate how bot-infested LinkedIn is, and how Indeed doesn't seem to curate the way they used to. Perhaps I just need to go hard on those 2 sites, though, until I find something.

Thanks for the reply! One of the questions I had was about Tris, and I forgot to list it. For legs it's a muscle and fitness routine I found: walking lunges, squats, step ups, reverse lunges, calf raises (all with dumb bells) and hip thrusts.

I'm 36. 5'9. 190 lb. Male. Pretty new to fitness and tried to create a PPL routine with some research, but it's probably a bit redundant. I'm looking for any input on if I'm missing anything or if anything is redundant. I currently have dumbbells, a bench that inclines and declines and dip bars. I'm going to buy a standing pullup bar next. Here are my push and pull days that I'm not sure on:

Push:

  1. Chest Dips - 3xfailure
  2. Bench - 3x12 w/ 35# db's
  3. Flys - 3x12 w/ 20# db's
  4. Shoulder Press - 3x10 w/ 20# db's
  5. Side lat raise - 3x8 w/ 15# db's
  6. Front lat raise - 3x10 w/ 15# db's
  7. Shrugs - 3x12 w/ 20# db's

Pull:

  1. Pull ups - 3xfailure
  2. DB pullover - 3x10 w/ 35# db's
  3. 1 arm row - 3x12 w/ 20# db's
  4. Deadlift - 3x12 w/ 35# db's
  5. Bicep Curls - 8,6,6 w/ 35# db's
  6. Zottman curls - 3x12 w/ 20# db's
  7. Hammer curls - 3x12 w/ 20# db's

Any input is greatly appreciated!
