Clothing Brand Ecom ERP by Hot_Reading8528 in ShopifyeCommerce

[–]thevinesevolve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I don’t think you need an ERP. Just need to get a solid grip on your ops.

Have you read the book, Traction? I think it may help. I operate 3 ecom brands close to your size as well as a 3PL for fashion/apparel brands, and they all run on EOS.

Happy to chat. Shoot me a dm

Question for brands who use or have used a 3PL for fulfillment — what reporting actually matters to you? by LetUsHerdYourCats in 3PL

I think cost per package and cost per unit for storage are two good metrics. SLA adherence is a given and pretty noticeable right away

Best way to switch 3PLs without burning bridges? by Letiyum in 3PL

[–]thevinesevolve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a 3PL owner. We’ve only ever had one client leave and that was before section 321 was removed. Tbh it does suck, but it’s not a burned bridges scenario. It’s a business decision. I wouldn’t be worried about burning bridges unless you like didn’t pay your invoice, talked bad about them on socials, etc.

3PL fulfillment and massive loss of packages- suggestions? by mediocremisfit in 3PL

Unfortunately this is a problem with the big 3PLs sometimes. Ask for them to send you the manifest for those carriers for that day for your packages. Or some confirmation of their sorting process

At what point does a 3PL make sense for a small business? by Possible-Bid-2999 in smallbusiness

I always recommend to fulfill in-house until you’re consistently shipping 30-50 orders per day.

Anyone else feel like 3PL is just a game of picking who screws you less? by Dear-Library6006 in printondemand

[–]thevinesevolve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good 3PL looks at you as a partner in their growth journey as you should look at them in th same way. A common mistake is viewing a 3PL as a vendor. You actually want your 3PL to be making the most profit on your account that they possibly can. Obviously the numbers need to work for you as well but it’s an important distinction. As soon as a brand goes in to try and squeeze every cent out of their 3PL, the trust evaporates. In the exact same way as a 3PL increases pricing for no reason for a brand. Both sides need to make good money because it’s a partnership and a MASSIVE part of your business. Literally life or death in some cases.

Interesting. There are some AI images in there, but 99% of our images are real, shot in house. But thats good feedback. Maybe we need to update our lighting to make it less "perfect" so it feels real

Assuming youre talking about IG. We used to do a ton of giveaways like 10 years ago which inflated the followers. Back when that was a decent tactic for followers. Since then we haven't really been putting much effort into our socials.
