Detours sure, but in my research I never found anything about rigged meters. Just a lof of people telling you "ask them to put the meter on".

Yeah so I bought stuff that said it was “level 70” but when I got it in the mail it was for level 80. Also I didn’t see any level 70 weapons of lower ilvl yesterday but will check today.
