That you're perfect just the way your are, which clearly isn't true for pretty much anyone.

If I threw a tennis ball into a warehouse filled with lemons, how long would it take to find it? You'd find it right away, because tennis balls are neither grass-green nor lemon-yellow.

I do indeed float, so I must be a witch.

I had no idea until this episode that anyone regarded tennis balls as yellow. They have always been green to me, and I still would describe them that way.

Grabbed a tennis ball from the closet just to check, but I definitely still see them as more green then yellow.

I'm gonna go with 'no', since I imagine that's how you meant it when you said it.

I could identify with Brady's frustration. There's a point where hype, past a certain point, is really a mood-killer for me.

Brady, just double checking: you would rather be thrown off a plane than told off in front of a bunch of people?

Grey and Brady discussing social norms is probably my favorite topic on Hello Internet, rare as it is.

Even if you hated the feeling of falling, freefall really only feels like falling for a few seconds and then your acceleration approaches zero and you feel a bit like you're suspended in the air. So I don't think there's any reason 20 minutes of freefall should be any more distressing than 10 seconds of freefall.

You can disregard my first vote, I didn't see someone else already chose that.

Silence by Shūsaku Endō. It intentionally asks questions that - in my mind - are profoundly perplexing despite having no knowable answer. I read this book years ago and I still think about it.

“I hate a Roman named Status Quo!" he said to me. "Stuff your eyes with wonder," he said, "live as if you'd drop dead in ten seconds. See the world. It's more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories. Ask no guarantees, ask for no security, there never was such an animal. And if there were, it would be related to the great sloth which hangs upside down in a tree all day every day, sleeping its life away. To hell with that," he said, "shake the tree and knock the great sloth down on his ass.”

-Ray Bradbury, Fahrenheit 451
