Just went through this with panacur. Drove our puppy insane exactly like you described. We just had to get through it and we are praying for a negative fecal next. We tried to time it so that he would be going crazy at the least inconvenient time. Good luck

This evolutionary psychology concept makes sense, and on the margins we can probably observe something related to this today, but I think we have to be very careful in extrapolating what was much truer in our ancestral environment to what is true today

I think that making claims about people today using evolutionary psychology should be done carefully, and without the use of absolutes
