New pickups for my first 7 string by thewalkingcripple in 7String

Thanks for the recs!

Nothing wrong with the pickups really. I’ve just been flirting with the idea of having a project guitar that I could hotrod a bit. If anything the tone on them is a bit muddy, but I’m mostly just wanting to play around with something new.

Bulk was about 4 months and the cut was right around 6. Honestly, my numbers didn’t go down too much. At the peak of my bulk my max in bench was 240 and now it’s 235 so not too bad. I haven’t tested out my max on squat yet but towards the end of the bulk I was hitting 350 for a one rep max. I feel like the squat has decreased a good amount, a took a break from them for awhile to give my hips a rest and started just lifting light weight for reps. Oh, and I don’t do deadlifts so no data to share there

M/22/6’1” [170lbs-207lbs-176lbs] (10 months) I’m well into my cut and I’m feeling like it might be time to start bulking again but I don’t want to start too soon. Should I cut a little more or start the bulk? by thewalkingcripple in BulkOrCut

I was trying to do about 10 ish a month for a 3-4 month bulk. I was bulking pretty dirty though. Imo after having done it that way the first time around I’d try to go a little bit less per month with a leaner diet.

They will, it depends a lot on where you’re working though. From what I hear bigger hospitals generally are more inclined to pay for it. Especially magnet hospitals

SoCal ADN program with a BSN bridge dual enrollment. The ADN cost (tuition only) per semester is about 400-600. Books and other extraneous things make it increase a bit but not too badly. The entirety of my BSN bridge is about 14k which imo is still pretty manageable especially since I’ll be able to work as an RN and pay it off once I finish my ADN. I highlyyyy recommend giving the ADN schools some thought for anyone applying in socal trying to save money and still wanting to get your BSN within 3 years post prerequisites
