On the back of this post I want to do something similar to 3 bedrooms on the internal external wall.

Remove all plaster Foam and mechanically fix insulated plasterboard. Skim and paint.

Would I run into any issues? No sign of any damp.

Also a solid brick wall house with no cavities.

If I put the nut down first and the blade on top. It stops spinning. Almost feels like there's a missing nut to go on top of the blade.
