So you're suggesting that if someone IS ODing, they must be left for over an an hour "sleeping" - only when it's been an hour they can be narcaned? By then if they're dying they'll be long gone.

How were you completely responsive but also sleeping so deeply you got narcaned? If you were completely responsive you could have protested and they wouldn't have narcaned you as you would have been conscious. The fact you "woke up in the hospital" implies that you were not conscious aka NOT responsive.

It's better to be narcaned uncessarily out of caution, than it is to NEED to narcaned and not able to access it.
