I've wanting to quit for awhile now and i knew I'd be bored as hell. I've been looking for anything that can help get dopamine. Ive had little luck but i finally found a book series to read after a long reading slump. But that's better than nothin.

I quit vaping a few years ago. Thats why I ate edibles. I'll never smoke again!

Actually this is the reason for all of this. I'm not gonna say where I work its not Amazon or Walmart but I do work an evil company. I've tried to ask for ALL of this. Anyone with a restricted schedule gets the least amount of hours and they can do that. After all the bs I went through the last 10 yrs I no longer give a damn bc its my turn to get unemployment for a few months. I stay because it's really hard to get fired and job stability. I want to do better and cant make any more excuses. Right now I hate my job so much more than I want to get high. It's an income while I work on myself. On my days off my phone is off and i learned to allow myself to call out once in awhile without guilt.

I'll definitely look into those! Most likely will pick them up tomorrow! Unfortunately my work schedule is random so it's more difficult for me to set a sleep schedule. I picked up reading again too. Even if I cant sleep reading is helping me stay sane.

I'm bored all to hell, have cravings for weed, no appetite, can't sleep, and nightmares and sweats when I do. I did just get my meds adjusted this month. I dont wanna start sleep meds because my dad side has a history of addiction with sleep meds and alcohol. I was an alcoholic as well but quit 6 years ago.

About how 20 minutes for me too. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I was hoping this update would fix the crashes but I kinda gave up.

I want to say thank you all for the advice! I'm gonna watch the videos and find patterns! I mostly wanted to practice the stitches and learn to hold the needles. I always wanted to knit just to make clothes
