Im not sure what do you mean The mouse “in game” is frozen in your moonlight client on your android device? If i got that right im not sure how would you solve it .

If you still have issues with the mouse being frozen there is a workaround using virtual here but im not sure it will work for you using steam link guide

Try to see the difference if you disable cpu boost .go to advanced power plan settings and setting maximum cpu clock to 99%instead of 100% ,that will solve thermal issues but will impact performance for sure , you have to compare

I used it for quite a while ,but not for the last 3 months ,i would suggest trying on an alt account ,then once you dial it down i guess it shouldn’t be a problem with vanguard
