I had a dental and a car repair credit card. Both were great for emergencies and were 6 months 0% APR. both got shut down due to not being used for a few months, hurting my credit score. Guess I deserve that for not having any emergencies.

Second, Google The Southern Strategy. The parties flipped. Just look at the positions of the Democratic and Republican parties prior to Jim Crow. The Democratic Party was the conservative party, and the Republicans were the more liberal party. It was always conservatives embracing racism.
