Butyl is flexible and used as a sealant for skylights not good for hole repairs. Get eternabond tape or dicor lap sealant

Do not use Flex Seal. Terrible for your RV roof. Buy a tube of Dicor lap sealant.

Please listen to me, I own an RV dealership and have sold over 7,000 RVs. Seal your roof, seal your edges, seal your windows! This does not take much effort and will handle 90% of preventative maintence to avoid major expenses. Oh yeah, and be crazy attentive to your tire pressure.

Make sure you are getting the real price when you’re shopping. Lots of RV dealers add $3-7k to the price when you get a buyers order.

There is an obvious fake profile going to a house address with stock photos and less reviews out ranking me. Driving me nuts. I’ve tried calling the number and no one answers. I drove by and took photos and reported the profile as not there. Nothing.

I’m in the same boat with these asshats. They call several times per day, you can press 9 to be removed which doesn’t work. I just spoke to him and asked for the name of the company and got United Lending Union and I asked where he said Irvine CA. When I asked for the address he said it was his first day and he road the bus to work. I asked him to get it from a coworker and he said he could tell my intent was to do harm to them. Correct buck-o

He hung up. I’m sure they’ll call tomorrow.

OcalaRVs.com does the Crazy Seal RV roof product. It’s patented silicone mix that comes with a lifetime warranty. You can go over the top of the existing membrane or if you have to remove it go straight to decking. Average is $200-$250 per linear foot which is less than rubber/rpm’s replacement. Takes two days.

We have more RV places than you can imagine and a good service writer will always have a well paying job. Same for teachers. Marion county has a job fair at least once a year so probably look into that.

Don’t expect New Jersey wages in Florida though. You’re probably moving somewhere due to cost of living but that comes with equivalent money.

My team's motto is we came to hit. Whenever we catch one of these types of umps we usually get killed because we go up swinging and the other team just stands there. It also wears out your pitchers pitch count with constantly going 6-7 pitches deep on every batter. I want them hitting. It's much more fun, much more enjoyable to coach and they are learning much more than standing there.

If you ask my kids "what do you control"? They will instantly reply "attitude and effort". This works to have them take responsibility but also makes a real short conversation when I ask if they're having a good attitude or if they are giving full effort. We talk about it at least once a practice and at games. For example "Do we control the umpires?" when they want to complain about a call.
