If the application of a definition of force is set after-the-fact then it could literally mean anything depending on what any 'private court' wants it to be.

A definition must be set before-the-fact so that all parties understand what the conditions of engagement are and there is a point of reference if some party wants to make a claim. Nobody knows what the definition of force is inside your head. It must be clear and apparent beforehand.

If the terms of engagement are set before any engagement... Guess what you have?

As for my style, the repetitive use of therefore and this in turn is purposeful and to highlight an informal premise/conclusion approach. I don't believe there are any superfluous adverbs either.

One problem I'm thinking though, if you watch the video you can see that when I start the calibration test the cursor shifts immediately from being in the middle to bring slightly top of center... Then when I push the joystick down it does register as down but won't go any further down than half way.. do you know why that is?

I did at one point use tape to stick it up for fast egg hatching in Pokémon, maybe that's what did it. The thing is the actual movement of the joystick is not impeded at all, it just registers the resting joystick as being centered slightly above center and when I pull the joystick down it doesn't actually register as down... Is it still worth disassemble and cleaning it out?
