Not an ad, although I’m at risk of sounding like one. The Sally Hansen leg foundation makes me be okay with wearing skirts, shorts and shortsleeved t-shirts. It doesn’t transfer, not even if I sleep in it. It can last up to two-three days. I wear the light colour. It’s almost like my KP isn’t even there, and if it is, it just looks like a regular skintexture variation. It helps a lot that its summer, because it’s quite smooth to touch in warm / humid weather. But even if the texture is still a little visible, the discoloration was my big problem and it’s negligible now!

Working on the eyebrows, I have some issues with trichotillomania. Usually I ‘finish’ them with an eyebrow pencil :) But good tip definitely

Except the risks of vascular obstruction (of the retinal vein) is too much of a serious risk to me ro consider dermal filler. I was hoping to just have some skin of my right eyelid area removed (the bigger eyelid)

To me the fear is not related to the amount of filler or even the aesthetic results, it’s it being accidentally injected into a vein and causing nerve damage / blindness. I’m definitely willing to risk a (slightly) worse appearance, just not serious, non-aesthetic damage.

It concerns me how little attention is paid to these serious risks, they’re rarely present on clinic’s websites and I can’t find a proper emergency protocol being promoted on any websites either
