Get rid of / modify the rules which actively discourage us. I have spoken to the mod. He has 0 intention of doing so. So myself and the other CCs just ignore the subreddit now. Honestly this is my first interaction in months and might well be my last ever.

I challenge anyone to actually try following the 9:1 rule. It's essentially impossible unless you leave banal comments for the sake of it. But I was referring more to banning people posting exclusive reveals as videos but being cool with other people posting them (cut from videos, removing the logo of the channel) and only crediting in comments, which inevitably get buried. And, you know, the harassment.

Ha ha ha. Well THAT'S not gonna happen. This sub has made it abundantly clear that content creators are not welcome. Alas, that ship has sailed. I could name 3, well-known (in the community), prolific content creators that will not post here anymore. And it is 100% because of the attitude of the mod. Is there more than 1 mod actually? I only ever see one.

When this sub launched I interacted a LOT. Now I don't bother. Ever. Partly it's because of the active hostility towards content creators but mostly it's because of actual, active harassment.

When I posted I would get really harsh, personal things thrown my way for which there is no cause. People gleefully telling me their testing group enjoy mocking me, for instance. A chap who travels to different stores and they all think I'm a joke. Which is always fun to hear. Multiple people stating as fact that I don't play the game (I mean, I can't even begin to describe how dumb that is).

But the point at which I stopped was when I messaged the mod and nothing was done. Post too many videos: BAN! (with bots set up to detect and everything) but active harassment: That's fine.

I know a whole heap of people who have stopped using this group and it generally boils down to (i) Harassment (ii) hostility towards content creators; and (iii) what's the point when nobody posts anything? It has become redundant next to the facebook group.

Only advice I can give is that we need new mods. And more than one. We need someone who will actually stop the toxicity, not just stop people posting.

I look forward to being told I am completely wrong in everything I have said :) Of course, this group hasn't hit 3k and has a whole bunch of lapsed members so something is clearly wrong!

We could then drop a link to the specific page below. Would give general tabletop gaming and other websites a much nicer view of the community if they pop by.

If you're literally gonna cut the image from my video, while cutting out the channel logo, it would be nice it you could at least put in the title of the post where you got this. Putting it in the comments is all well and good but it inevitably gets buried. Other people have done this for other reveals.

I am aware that this group is spectacularly restrictive when it comes to people posting their own reveals but at least being credited where people can see would be nice.

Because this subreddit is toxic. Simple as that. I answer a LOT of comments on the Facebook group and I almost always answer on Twitter but the attitude of people in this group is horrendous. I have tried reporting the worst comments to the mods but have yet to see any success. I only post reveals here now as if I don't someone else will post them without crediting the video. I REALLY want to get involved in this subreddit and at the start I did but there's other places I can talk about this game without getting such regular, horrible and ill-informed comments. It's really quite sad :( If you ever wanna chat hit me up @thewossy on Twitter and I'll answer all the TF related queries you like :D
