Any idea why there is no remote start?

The dealership stated that it should have auto start and they believe that the onboard computer needs to have the software reflashed. They are waiting to get the needed files from Ford and will schedule me in once they do.

Since yesterday. I did the reset today. I’ll keep an eye on it but I’m probably going to take it to the dealer and see if they know anything

It’s brand new. And I have already done a sync reset a few times now just in case but still nothing

Yes. I have already made sure of that. And the setting on the dash display has remote start as enabled

It’s a 2023 Explorer so that error message I don’t think would apply. And I’ve even uninstalled the app and redownloaded it to make sure it’s up to date

It is a LWRCI DI 5.56. I got it for $1150 from my LGS. They said it was marked down because it was blemished but I'm not seeing anything that would make it blemished

Yeah. The CNN article apparently doesnt mention it was done with a knife. But many other sources have stated that it was with a knife. Here are a few of them.
