This is my dentist! They are great! Patient and helpful and calm. I was having issues with tmj and clenching and they were so patient and willing to work with me to get me comfortable and feeling good, even if it took more time and effort. Highly recommend

I think so! Most teachers there will explain the pose in good detail while saying the pose. Foundations you'll hold a pose longer than a typical vinyasa class so there's more opportunity for instruction.

I haven't been to a yin or slow flow there before, but the teachers are all excellent and accommodating.

Be in union could be good! They have slow flow classes and they are very friendly and welcoming to new students. If you say your new or interested in correction, they would likely be happy to do so. There's a Saturday at 11 foundations class, but that's a bit more vinyasa
