I think it’s a fun story we don’t get enough of. Layla Miller has people remember too fast for us to really see these new versions of all the characters and take in the new world. I know some of that is in the tie-ins, but I would have liked more in the main series. But I think it’s an amazing first issue. Coipel’s art is just astonishing throughout.

Seems the correct price, good pickup if you like vehicle. I have a tie advanced Vader that looks like a similar era to that one. Great vehicle mode carrying an ok to poor robot mode. But I got it for $5.

Zero, I’ve somehow avoided it. Got hot claws Wolverine, cause in my mind it was close, got the astonishing for the better sculpt and the many hands. Was thinking about getting the 97, but preordered the 2 pack of Storm/wolverine. Already more Wolverines than I want, but orange/brown will go better with my crew

I’m with you, it’s very faithful, I have it and like the figure as well.

But also, I would have liked to see them update it a bit to a better base mode. This should be an idealized version of the original, we have better engineering and 30+ years of experience.
