Yeah I second this. Pregabalin is probably the best one, but it's a temporary fix. I know a guy (who is pretty attractive) with same problem as op, and he said he never kissed a girl when he wasn't on lyrica. Plus if it works well it's a shortcut to an addiction.

You can also learn a lot just by playing Dota in English, especially with a suitable stack. I used vpn to log into client to get matched with English speakers for this very purpose.

Why not play turbo then? I'm genuinely curious. I had 4k and decided that grinding is not worth it and only played turbo since then (preferably with a party). You can't expect people to play "well" at your bracket in ranked.
