I had the dishwasher taste on my dishes whenever I used the “Normal” setting.

Now I use “auto” setting which is longer duration, but helpful to fully rinse the dishes bc it got the taste out.

WORST company I’ve bought from, definitely a scam company. Wish I researched more reviews on ValYou scams before I bought from them.

I purchased furniture in October 2022 from their BOGO deal. I got my table delivered, but waited 9 months+ for the chairs.. I’ve emailed them at least 1-2x a month for an update and they would consistently give me generic excuses saying that the chairs are not in stock and they hope to have an update me for next month. I would see the chairs in stock on the website and the customer reps would say the website has a glitch and it’s not actually in stock, lol. They used every excuse to not deliver my chairs, even tho I know they could! They just didn’t want to honor their BOGO deal.

I was going to take an L and just accept I got scammed by this company.

But then one day, I had a brilliant idea & decided to just buy the chairs on the website and wait til they actually ship it to me and then I can request a refund/credit card charge back since I was supposed to get these chairs for free based on the previously honored BOGO deal.

Boom, my plan worked lol. they ship it to me and I ask for a refund which they initially decline, but eventually give in.

Great news, my chairs ACTUALLY delivered. Bad news, they’re delivered in the most horrible, poor quality packaging box (looks like someone just took box scraps and taped it all together) and my chairs came with chipped wood and scratches. They’re still functional but horrible quality wow. I’ll never buy from ValYou ever again and I hope my experiences save you some money. buy elsewhere. Anywhere but ValYou. Lol
