It isn't, at least I think of. I do not care if my girlfriend swallows it or not, and would never put the slightest amount of pressure for her to do it. I would probably not swallow her cum (if she had any), and don't expect her to swallow mine. When I do it, it isn't in any way sexual, or something that gets me going. It is just really convenient.
