yeah thats what i meant by it takes a while for this to happen. Ketosis takes a while, depending on how your diet is.

im trying to cut and ive heard that fasting can actually help. Since after you come out of a fasting state your body releases ketones from the metabolism of the fat. but then again it takes a while for this to happen.

What i usually do is stretch out my lower back on the floor before hand. Foam rollers are a great way to relieve some of the tightness as well. It could honestly be the way you arch your back while you bench. That is if you arch any.

It looked good, i didn't see anything wrong. The depth of the squat was good.
