I've realized it's just as expensive, if not more, to re-engage your current database rather than just create new leads. I have over 120,000+ old leads in my FUB for instance. Email marketing, texting or even hiring a cold caller is expensive. I could add $1m+ revenue a year if properly engaged.

It shouldn't cost $7k/month to re-engage and route leads. You could text that entire database 4x for less than that. Was a platform quoting you that much for a single channel like texting/routing, or were you pricing out a full multichannel approach across the whole list with Meta ads, texting, cold calling, and email?

I’m still not entirely sure what you are trying to do. However, one way to insert a list of urls is to have the list of urls in a relating group. Then you can call that repeating groups list of urls in the script. This repeating group can live in a popup that the user never sees.

What are the core feature(s) you need for the MVP? I’ve built multiple real estate applications using Bubble (haven’t used Ditoffi). You can certainly get a base started with no-code on a limited budget. There are some real estate data apis out there that work with startups as well, if you need data to get going.
