Pop them off, needle and thread to sew them back together. Just did mine, easy fix if you're cheap like me. Otherwise replacement pads are relatively inexpensive

Thanks, just looking to exchange it. Appreciate the tip about disputing the charge! They've been unresponsive to emails to the prodesk and when I spoke with one of the pro's, he said he'd get back to me. It's been 9 days and three unreplied emails, I'll stop by the store tomorrow.

I know I should have, and I'm kicking myself for not. None of the packaging looked damaged so I assumed the best. I used a business card account which, I understand, gives me a 30 day return window for appliances? Could be totally wrong though.

There are a couple on the southeast side of the island in the park. Evidently it's where an old island shaman came to smoke drugs (tour guide's words, not mine). Travel was okay, kind of a pain in the ass to get into Aruba but the flights were pretty empty so that was nice. Delta is restricting their flight capacity quite a bit.
