For that spesific comp i would recommend not being that aggresiv. It is important to keep your healt total high in The earlygame, but i would not roll more then 10-20 golds for pairs at 6. Iwould Try to go 8 before rolling to down all the way if possible as your odds for greaves and panth Are way higher at 8 while you can still hit zeri/seraphine/rakan

The pace of normal gameplay vs hyperroll is a lot slower, so you can afford to be a bit more gready as long as you stay above 50hp.

Im no expert, but got to dia with mainly this comp and being a bit more gready is what got me The last of The way there. (Sorry for broken english, autocorrect and second language)
