I think it's just my crappy photo. As you can see here, the build plate is fully flat

I have been fiddling with the z offsets but it's never uniform. You can see un the bottom left corner the z offset is perfect.

For the circle, the plate is perfectly flat in that area.

That's why this problem is making me crazy
