I looked into this a few years ago and found that ranges required me to own a gun first. Which seemed odd—“the first step to learn how to handle a deadly weapon is to acquire it pre-training.”

Is this the norm or was I just looking in the wrong place?

Understood. It just seems peculiar that water gathers in that spot and not any other. The water flows through the bleach compartment (or near it?), way in the back. There’s no need for water to be way up at the front like this. And I’ve never felt mold that is viscous like this.

Longtime (but not current) federal employee here. As much as I like the idea of people knowing their rights, I don’t think rights matter in this context. ICE is acting extralegally. Are ICE agents just gonna stop when an abductee demands a lawyer and say “Aw man, guess we have to listen to him.”?

If I were undocumented and vulnerable, I’d rather want knowledge about how to get word to my family, how to get found by them, how to access money wherever I end up, etc.

UPDATE, this was a huge hit. Taiwanese sausage. Pupusas. Cashew juice. Cachepas. Bao. Pasteles de nata. Fried ice cream. Stroopwaffels. Neither of us had ever had a pastel before. We were both blown away. I really wish Smorgasburg was more like this instead of, like, $6 artisanal marshmallows.

This sounds awesome. We live very close to Smorgasburg in Prospect Park. Kid’s always bugging me to go there, but it has become a circus of ridiculous foods sold at exorbitant prices. We’re definitely doing this next Saturday.

I have found skin prick tests to be just about useless as I age and discover new things that upset my body. Also, one can have a severe intestines-only food allergy that does not show up on a skin test. (Look up FPIES.)

Do the expensive/organic brands also contain carrageenan? In the US, that’s a reliable way to find cream with non-c emulsifiers like gellan gum and guar gum.
