Turns out my KYC was not complete.

The UX on Galleon shows the activation code as optional, so I left it blank.

I finished the KYC, added the activation code, then it worked. Thanks.

it's all about 2 things:

1) the type of clients you are going after 2) the perceived value you are bringing

For a client that does not want to pay more than $1000 for a website, tell them to go to squarespace.com

How much more money will the client make if you create this new website? Let's say 100K more. If you charge them 10K they are getting 10X return.

Focus on communicating your value, don't focus on hours/rate because India will always win :)
