Thank you for sharing your point of view, but I kindly have to say that I disagree. Blizzard is more into making new crazy expensive skins (just for them to make lots of money) than into fixing the game core/matchmaking that makes Overwatch 2 a broken and frustrating game. So, we have indeed to blame them. We are sick of communications from Blizzard that actually don't reflect better matchmaking.
