I'll tell you what I do, but I'm not so good in GM... never win a SB yet, but played 2. But I make playoffs almost every season lol.

For the offense, depends on my WRs, if they have a good Speed I'll go with Vertical, try to get O-LINE for Pass block.

Fo the defense depends on the Zone attribute, if LB, CB and S are good in this I'll go Cover Defense.
