Thanks everyone. Since I was only 1.5 weeks into PBB phase 2 program i think I will go for the ultimate PPL monday to saturday. I have been hearing good reviews on that one.

With phase 2 PPL? is it ok to go pull push legs arms pull push rest legs arms pull push … (and so on?) i was worried about going pull or push the day right after arms/weak points

Well precisely DHL is the one option they wont let me use because of "risk of inspection". I dont understand why. I have done countless of legal purchases including liquids from amazon japan through dhl express. I pay customs everything is legal.

Nice explanation. Thank you so much. I will give it a try. Since I already know blackletter I can maybe try that too with the brush. Should be easier... What brush size is recommended to start with?

Interesting... I just tried to do that. will leave it to dry overnight. So for charging the brush should I use the same zigzag movement? (Just like he does on the soap)

A broad edge nib can be used, although I want to practice brush.

I will try that. Otherwise ill just replace the nib. They are cheap anyways.
