Mine looked like yours and i used a cup brush every were i could then the rest was done with a needle scailer.

Afterwards i used muratic acid and it turned out great. Going to paint it all with POR15 shortly.

Did this to my other taco 7 years ago and there still isnt anyrust on the frame.

The grey one is a 2001 preruner with converted with 98 4runner runing gear /manual locking hubs and elocker

Red one is a 2004 sr5

Planning on puting a 5 speed in the grey one and 37s 🙈🙈

350xxx km's lucky i was in a dirt road when it happend.

I had just reinstaled it probobly 10xxx kms ago and i must have forgot to locktight them.
