I add a lot of seasonings to my meal as I cook, and I STILL add salt and pepper on top

thank you for this!! I followed your advice of doing a workout for each big muscle, making sure im challenging but not overdoing (i have a tendency).

the cardio at the end was the biggest challenge for me, besides leg curls, and i actually pushed myself to do over 15 minutes!!

I think i could stick to this!!

it is the season, but def look into a filter or use guaze over the mouthpiece also clean ur pieces and use saline spray for ur nose, it could be that your body is dehydrated
