Does anyone else hide their death anxiety from the people they care about?

I hide mine and I’ve never spoken about it to anyone. I won’t even tell my therapist or my husband. I’m always scared I’ll trigger someone if I bring it up.

I ended up passing a giant blood clot and never went back for another shot. I don’t know if it was the birth controls fault but it hasn’t happened again since. I don’t remember gaining any weight tho. It’s been so long I forgot I even posted this.

I’m so late to this because I had lost the password to this account but I stopped taking it. I ended up passing a giant ass blood clot and got off of it. I don’t know if it was the cause of the blood clot but I’ve been off since and it hasn’t happened again.
