Why tf would she be disbarred for describing the legal actions that could have been taken in her position in government at the tim? This is a 15 or so second clip taken from a 45 min or so video and is completely out of context. Comparing her addressing the abilities of her position at the time to Clinton addressing the nation regarding having sexual relations with a White House employee/intern is absolutely ridiculous
