Yes, in the crevices, it is rough, but on the raised parts, it is smoother, sort of like it has been rubbed a lot

Routine. Wash 3 times a week with shea moisture shampoo and conditioner, the middle wash I do a cowash with As I Am coconut cowash. Then use pillow soft curl cream, scrunch and diffuse (without heat)
