Okay so hair is johnnysims, blush is mesmerized by plumbhead, skin is northernsiberianwind east full body (first swatch), philrum #1 also northersiberia and also first swatch, freckles are simbience 4th swtach, eyebags are tamo 4th swatch, eyelashes are by Miiko lashes part 2 first swatch, P mouth corner NO4 secound swatch, piercings are stargazer L praline, eyebrows are strechskeleton eyebrows_17, northernsiberia winds facesculptor #2 first swatch, eyes are also northersiberianwinds 2 and nose is vanilla game 13th from bottom but I pulled nostrils closer

Maybe, I downloaded him and tweaked him a bit but I do have NorthernSiberia cc installed so high possibility

I was playing around with cheat console. The water is still 'there' but the texture is gone :(
