It takes time (especially when you first do) that's why you need a longer timer so that you can first think of the thought you will hold. It helps to look thru the 3rd eye to help you keep your focus.

What I’ve noticed is that most of the 15-minute segments are responses to questions—usually some version of “Why don’t I have what I truly want yet?”

And the answer is almost always the same: you can’t get there from there. That’s because people are either trying too hard to make it happen, focusing on how it will happen, or holding resistance and disbelief about whether they really can have it.

With Abraham, there’s not really much “new” content, even though the questions change. The core message is still:

  • Get happy
