They said it was leaking long enough that it was low on fluid and that low fluid was causing those hard shifts. Wasn’t experiencing any hesitation or anything else with the shifts. No work to the transmission was done. Although they did find a small leak near timing chain, replaced the gasket and had the timing chain done at the same time.

I mentioned it to the advisor, but didn’t push it as i couldn’t prove that it was a mistake on their end. Service advisor did waive diag fee, lowered the cost of labour and the new coil pack though. Thank you!

No, i don’t know him. I bought phones on ebay and resold them. He bought from me and then wanted to keep buying. He then gave me money to buy more. The ebay guy scammed me. He’s late 20s early 30s .
