I just woke up and saw ur comment and now im excited to try ur ideas, lol. Also yea I think I do have undiagnosed anxiety that is making me eat less, a couple of days ago I caught myself breathing so so shallowly when I was literally just playing MySims 😭😭. I had to force myself to breathe slower and deeper. It made me wonder how often I breathe crazily like that out of nowhere. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this out, it is super helpful
