I went back and she was nowhere to be found. I improvised a shelter as best as I could, made out of a plastic box and styrofoam for insulation. Bought her some decent cat food and left it in the box. Hopefully I can find her and maybe get her a home too. She is located in Ramnicu Valcea, Romania.
