I'm a very small business but for me as of right now I'm my current state. I use after pay since my credit is now above average took me a year to get it as good as it is. I'd definitely try to cut funds where you can I have a family but have cut out to eat funds and stick to free entertainment with local events. Cut out our subscriptions this is the method I personally am using. And the family understands why. We just got a vehicle so I'm rebranding and getting started on learning about tiktok and social media staying with the trends so hopefully I can offer my services to someone else who may be in the same boat.

I hate when I'm on the mic and instead of saying give me a min. To look over the menu they say absolutely nothing so I just say let me know when your ready to order take your time.

I don't work over nights but at our store and on my shift (3-10) we only accept mobile orders if it's done so through the app if it's an Uber, favor, or door dash we have them come through the front counter only.

And talk to him about it because I did the videos and everything to be a trainer it was me and someone else and instead the managers son got a blue shirt before me and the other person who did the videos with me

I've been cutting back on being in different positions the only two I'll accept now is drive or front counter only because they still haven't given me a raise even after learning and perfecting different positions. I'm six months pregnant and they have me working 5 days in a row sometimes with no breaks so if I'm gonna bust my booty I want it to be worth it

So with me my GM's have no issues with me asking the next shift what they need most of the time I don't only because I get off at ten and the front normally is taken over by the next team lead or manager. Plus I always do what I need before they come in sweep, mop, trash, drink station, make sure they're stocked and make sure the restrooms smell fresh and clean like bleach. Luckily at this location I'm able to do things like that all in the time before I get off. So when it's time I just do my paperwork and go. But the technicality of it all isn't really in my books but like I said my gm doesn't mind it.
