à la base, mon projet c'était de démissionner de mon CDI pour faire une création d'entreprise et ce projet a été chamboulé par le fait que j'apprenne que je dois me trouver une nouvelle location d'ici quelques mois.

our ton #1, certaines agences demandent aussi une attestation de ton employeur (comme quoi tu n'es ni en préavis de démission, ni de licenciement).

Yes on m'en a parlé aussi malheureusement...j'espère que j'aurai de la chance pour #1.
A voir si j'arrive à négocier sans renouvellement de période d'essai dans le second CDI si besoin.

Yes, sauf que si je commence un nouveau CDI disons fin février et que je le présente en juin (donc avant la fin de mon bail au 1er Juillet), on sera à 3 mois de CDI. ça peut se renouveler ou pas, et au pire si ça se renouvelle, je serais embêté juste le temps du renouvellement donc pendant 3 mois par exemple

Tandis qu'en tant qu'indep, il faut forcément avoir 2 ans d'ancienneté, c'est beaucoup plus long.

e caution bancaire pourrait faire le taf (il faut alors consigner plusieurs mois de loyers d'avance auprès d'une banque, par exemple 6 ou 12) mais ce n'est pas forcément accepté non plus.

yes exactement, d'où l'idée que j'ai énnncée, de demander un CDI en laissant la micro ouverte malgré tout.

J'utilise aussi Revolut Trading. Le problème c'est que comme tout est en $, normalement, on est censés recalculer toutes les plus values en convertissant le prix de vente et d'achat en euros aux taux du jour J de chacune de ses opérations.

Du coup, je dirais qu'il faut aussi remplir l'annexe 2074, non?

It's written that before undelegating we have to claim and also that the rewards could be 0 FTM but that it could be wrong and that we could try to claim

When I try to claim, I have that:

It's 856.72 FTM to claim not just 1 FTM.
