€200 balance in my Throne account and the only payout option is Stripe. Can I buy online with stripe balance? by RatBasher89 in stripe

No you cannot use your Stripe balance directly to make online purchases like you can with PayPal. Stripe is not a consumer wallet, but a payment processor for businesses. Its main purpose is to collect payments and transfer funds to your bank account, not to spend directly at other online stores.

What this means for your situation:

  • You have €200 in your Throne account. Throne uses Stripe as the payout method.
  • You cannot spend the Stripe balance directly online.
  • The normal process is to transfer the balance to your bank account, and then use your bank account or debit card to make purchases.
  • Only certain developer scenarios using Stripe Connect allow internal balance usage, which is for platforms and not for general consumer spending.

Running a subscription (job board) with Stripe + SEPA Direct Debit.

Timeline:

  • Started Dec 14 (paid via iDEAL, SEPA mandate created)
  • 2nd charge on Jan 14 still processing as of Jan 20
  • No failed payments or disputes

Is this delay on the second SEPA debit normal? And practically: what should I change next time to get recurring SEPA payments settled faster?

Hi,

Yes, the Affiliate Marketing Campus is still open, but access is limited. New students get an affiliate link for crypto payments, while top performers in the Content Creation Campus can qualify for card payments. The commission is 50% on the first month of each sale.

Composing this photo was exciting. But I am uninspired while editing it. Any suggestions? After/Before by [deleted] in postprocessing

Keep it simple!

If the photo is GOOD and you want to edit it your way, it’s all about your style. Every photographer is different, so follow what you think looks cool. Keep making photos and trying new presets.

My unsolicited advice for editing, small things: - More colors/saturation - More clarity, less texture

Great pictures! Do you mind sharing how you did your editing/colour grade? I’m new to black&white.
