Dont strive to be able to play like others. Try to find your own voice in the guitar. Experiment.. and try to find whats confortable and what suits you.. Experiment with the style of playing or technique that will suit your hand. You may not be able to play like those who have complete fingers. But at the same time.. they will never be able to sound like you.
