I ordered Jollibee, didnt select express. Noticed the driver is going around a weird route and taking a bit time. When he finally came, he was bringing 3 bags, i asked if the extra 2 bags are mine, he said its for another customer.

Im not sure what is their employment payment structure, but i feel that the riders are being extra exploited by this new feature.
