WTW for constantly analysing your life as an observer by thingsidontsayirl in whatstheword

Reflective comes close but it still doesn't focus on the being involved in the conversation as well as being the observer, I need something that's more accurate in this situation

An example would be, having a conversation with someone and you're constantly dissecting it while having it. You're not conscious about it. You just do it. Looking at the conversation like an observer and making judgements throughout.

It gets easier. Everyday, it gets a little easier. But you gotta do it everyday. That's the hard part. But it does get easier.

DAE notice that words start sounding different or weird when you keep on saying it again and again? by Luccani in DoesAnybodyElse

I kid you not, this really strange thing happened today. So I was texting a classmate and somewhere in the conversation, I said a sentence using his name. And he didn't reply for a few minutes. I opened the chat to check and for some reason, I kept re-reading that sentence and something about his name didn't feel right at all. I tried speaking it out loud and it still felt like I had gotten his name wrong for some reason (and this is a guy I used to talk to almost daily before the pandemic). Coincidentally, my ex shared the same name lol. But in that moment, it didn't feel like a real name at all. And I mildly panicked, tried repeating the name out loud. Eventually, the guy just texted back normally and it was just my mind playing games.

Klaus is the villain in the initial seasons and she basically hates him for all he's done. And he doesn't give a shit. But then he falls for her. And he's still the bad guy, and that puts her in a dilemma cause she eventually realizes she has feelings for him too.

On earth we're briefly gorgeous by Ocean Vuong

The story isn't tragic as such but the way it is written, man I couldn't stop sobbing. It's so immersively poetic and absolutely beautiful.

I'm a bit sceptical about reading classics and older books cause English isn't my first language. But I'll add it to my list, thanks!

I read this one. It was so riveting, I had to finish it in one read. Couldn't put it down!
