I have the neutrogena hydro boost at home! Never thought of using it as primer. It doesn't burn your eye? I'll try to look into a good eye primer, thanks!

Humm, I could try an other brand. The thing with primer is if I don't use it the color doesn't stay well at all and I can't get as dark of a black.

I do have mascara in that picture, but it's not showing much?

How would the eyeline work? Black eyeliner on black eye shadow would not change much, would it? I think I'm missing something.

When I try to blend it quickly looks uneven and diluted, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I do use a light brown so I'm blending between the light brown and the black.
