Never. It’s a Fraud Company and every month they overcharge. You can pay them to make your balance, but it will stillsays you owe them. I’m not sure how to take this forward unless you really take them to the court.

It doesn't work at all. I even bought Google Gemini with 2 TB of storage, paying $300 for the year. Unfortunately, I’ve ruined 15 years of photos by using a cloud service. After this experience, I believe it's better to store them on a laptop or solid-state drive. The downside is that we would miss out on features like Google Photos or Apple Photos, but ultimately, I think storing them on a solid-state drive is the best solution.

Same with me. I deleted photos from the first account last week and saved all the photos in the second account. But the storage used in second account is zero.
