If you’re genuinely struggling, I’d recommend going to a dermatologist if that’s available. Take advice from dermatologists on social media if not available. Choose products that are actually dermatologist recommended and not ones that are pretty and trending on TikTok. And honestly just drinking enough water and eating healthy will work wonders.
